100g Egg yolk
75g Egg white
50g Sugar
500g Mascarpone
300g Chocolate strudel
600g Water
5g Instant coffee
15g Marsala vino
Cocoa
PREPARATION
- Place the yolks, egg whites and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Mix the ingredients with a whisk over a warm water bath until creamy.
- Fold the mascarpone into the mixture.
- Pour the cold espresso into a plate.
- Take the individual Schmid chocolate strudels out of the packaging and dip them into the espresso.
- Lay a level in a glass mold with the Schmid Schoko Strudel.
- Spread a layer of creamy mass over it and repeat the process until the mold is completely laid out.
