As the largest fair in this industry, Anuga gathers international participants and creates opportunities for new contacts and business collaborations.

Violeta attended this fair for the first time this year, which took place on October 7-11. in Cologne with our Austrian biscuit and waffle brand Schmid.

We are grateful for the opportunity to present the quality from Bosnia and Herzegovina, further enhanced by the strength and tradition of the well-known brand, which dates back to 1913.

The impressions of visitors and professionals from the industry on the design and taste of the product are extremely positive, and visitors from the Middle East stand out in particular.

This year, Anuga's main message is openness and transparency, trust and partnership that will lead to the path of sustainable production.

Since Violeta also cherishes the postulates of sustainability in its facilities for the production of biscuits and waffles, a lot of new contacts and potential for cooperation were made.
