80g   Tea rings

40g     Butter

282g   Cheese

130g   Sugar

3g       Vanilla (paste or aroma)

14g     All purpose flour

2g       Salt

2          Eggs

200g   Cream

  1. Line an 18 cm diameter metal mold with baking paper.
  2. Crush the tea rings (crumbly) and mix them with the melted butter
  3. Line the entire shape with the mass
  4. Put the curd, the sugar, the salt, the vanilla powder, the eggs and the flour in a bowl one after the other and process everything with a mixer to a mass.
  5. Stir well and pour into the cake pan
  6. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
  7. Bake the quark cake for about 20-25 minutes. When it has a light brown crust, please take the quark cake out of the oven
  8. Leave to cool in the pan and then serve
