80g Tea rings
40g Butter
282g Cheese
130g Sugar
3g Vanilla (paste or aroma)
14g All purpose flour
2g Salt
2 Eggs
200g Cream
PREPARATION
- Line an 18 cm diameter metal mold with baking paper.
- Crush the tea rings (crumbly) and mix them with the melted butter
- Line the entire shape with the mass
- Put the curd, the sugar, the salt, the vanilla powder, the eggs and the flour in a bowl one after the other and process everything with a mixer to a mass.
- Stir well and pour into the cake pan
- Preheat the oven to 220 degrees
- Bake the quark cake for about 20-25 minutes. When it has a light brown crust, please take the quark cake out of the oven
- Leave to cool in the pan and then serve
